What You’ll Learn

The Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (QIES) is undergoing changes to the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES) for the submission of the MDS 3.0. There are new steps for facilities to complete for access to iQIES for submission of the facilities MDSs. For facilities to gain access to the iQIES system, all users must create an account and establish credentials in the HCQIS Access Roles and Profile (HARP) system. What is HARP? HARP is a secure identity management portal provided by CMS.

Join us for information regarding the process for transitioning to iQIES for your MDS 3.0 submissions.

Attendees of this seminar will learn how to:

1) Identify the steps for the transition to iQIES
2) Review the process for submitting MDS 3.0 submissions using the new system
3) Develop a plan for the transition and monitoring to iQIES in your facility
